  • Is there a call-out fee?

    No. We don’t charge a call-out fee. You’ll only be charged the standard cost of service, with no extra charges tacked on top.

  • Do you charge for quotes?

    No. Every quote we give is 100% free and comes with no obligations.

  • I have no hot water. What’s the problem?

    You could have one of any number of issues if there’s no hot water coming through your taps. It could be a smaller issue like an interrupted power flow to the water heater, or there could be a leak or blockage somewhere in the system. We can help you identify and fix the problem to get your hot water back up and running.

  • How do you fix low water pressure?

    Water pressure is affected by many different parts of your water system. Your specific situation could be anything from blockages to partially closed valves or leaks. Call us to come and take a look at it.

  • How often does my hot water system need maintenance?

    In general, we recommend annual maintenance for hot water systems. Sediment can build up at the bottom of the tank, pressure relief valves could fail, or other problems can occur. It’s better to address these things early and take care of them quickly before they become more significant problems later.

  • Do I need backflow testing on my water lines?

    For most homeowners, backflow testing is only necessary if you’re installing an extensive outdoor irrigation system. Business owners are more likely to need backflow testing.
